4. Shipping Policy
We partner with a third‑party courier service to deliver your order.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.
- Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive tracking details.
- We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, operational issues or any circumstances outside our control.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, we will assist in following up with the courier to the best of our ability.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:
- Request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage or tampering will not qualify for exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
6. Defective or Faulty Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that appears defective or damaged:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Include photos or videos showing the issue.
We will assess the defect and work with you to reach a fair and reasonable resolution, which may include replacement or credit depending on the situation.

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.
If you made an error, contact us immediately — we will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing or transit.
